So today I got up and took the ACT. Then I went skiing.

This is a view looking over the Flathead from Chair 5 on Big Mtn. Sweet view.

The sunset over Blacktail coming down. Very pretty.

I went with Ben Fagen, who was very confused about what board he should use. As you might think, it didn't work so hot.

Lots of snow on Greywolf. I hope to build a step up to the cliff I am standing on in this picture tomarrow.

holy shit^

I screwed up by going to Hyalite canyon last weekend, should have went to bridger with everyone else. Damn I didn't think there would be that much snow!!

A picnic table at Big Mtn:

Me on the picnic table. I ate a bit of shit the first time after forgetting to clean the ice off the top, and now I have a swollen pinky finger on my right hand because I landed on it. It's turning blue.

the pass is getting even more snow tonight, and they got dumped on last night. So basically skiing this coming weekend will be sick!!!

oh and for any one that wants to give me shit about not having avie gear, the camera was in my pack and my pack is with the photographer, so thats why i dont have any gear with me besides my beacon.

yes that is teton pass. the snowpack is pretty good, they have been getting a lot more snow then up here in Bozeman. Since I was there on Sunday, 15 -20 more inches have fallen. When we were there it was pretty stable, however I checked the avalanche report and for today the report was considerable. The north facing slopes on sunday had about 10 inches of hardpack with 10-15 inches of new snow on top.
