My evolution of backyard shit

haha here it goes

so last year i made a starter (all snow, lonnnng to make) in my backyard and was looking for something to slide on.

my lucky day, on my street someone was throwing away a table to the garbage so i took it, cut the legs a little and it got me a 5 foot long 3 foot wide down table (sucky i know)

this year i built a box and with the same setup it worked great, and i brought it to the parc and it was cool, except i'm trimming all the top sheet whos making it sliding.. its 6 feet long 10 inch wide (my backyard is realllyyy small so at least its something)

NExt year im planning to do a pvc rail, itll be cool

What about you guys? what did you start with and how is your backyard setup this year?

i started last year. my neighbor had 2 2x4s that we set up as a really mellow up down, which was supported by snow that was frozen overnight. 2 ft. high, but it fell off after a while. this year i made a 10 foot pvc rail

my first backyard set up was a picnic table(6 long 2 wide)... last year i had a 10 foot pvc and this year i have 10 foot metal, 12 foot pvc, 25 foot S and a crappy flat down

my first back yard setup was me piling up snow and sledding down off my deck. I now use the same deck and build the same hill but i have a bunch of raisl and stuff

just got some snow and finshed a new rail

1st hit: down rail 8 feet long singal barrel

2nd: chouce of 12 foot flat down or 10 foot flat with a little kick up at the end

3rd: 8 foot shot gun

4th: little stall plat form atop a quarted pipe. will get pics when i session it wensday

my first setup was a shitty quarter pipe, a small kicker, an attempted tree jib (that was a joke), and box (y'know how you can buy toolboxes for pickup trucks? i used one of those, pretty sweet), and my favorite is my trampoline becuase we took all of the padding and the springs and shit out for winter so depending on your speed you can use it almost as a c-rail

over the years weve tried a variety of things from small straight rails to flat down rails to jumps, attempted halfpipe, most creative prob being a dog house jib and at the beginning of this year we flipped over my canoe and used it as a box on an angle

and i have a box already

holy crap mine set up has a looooong history. so it was originally just one 20 x 1 foot board coming from my deck (about 7 feet high) and into another board then a little little jump of wood. this was many years ago, i can' even remember, maybe four? anyway then i but some metal wiring on the boards so it slid better, then, i build a ten foot pvc rail, then another, and another. then i added another board to the inrun so it was wider, but that meant i had to get new wire covering (because its a summer setup aswell) then i widend the boards at the top, then i made it so my jump was divided into two sections, so it would have a curved lip. then i built two more metal rails. then i added another board to the inrun to widen it more. and then i added more wire so the coverage of the boards was perfect.

yep, thats its history, and it works pretty perfect for be because i can connect my rails so that i can make different longer rails.

and it works in summer and winter.

5'6 drop in

2 foot high- 2 foot wide-8foot long box

12 foot pvc flat rail -double barrell

12 foot down pvc rail-double barell

4 foot wide -8 foot long-1 foot high box

poker table box

(its sick) its a 8 foot poker table 3 feet wide with topsheet on it and green fabric underneath

just added a getto wall ride about 5 feet high with a stallign platform at the top, and i combined the flat down rail with the flat rail ot make a 22 foot flat down flat.
