Happy Canadian Thanksgiving. My dad decided to make a big plate of turkey dinner and go downtown and give it to a homeless person, as an act of pay it forward. hope everyones havin a good day.

Pretty cool of your dad. I'm in a program in my city where we collect a huge amount of turkeys from the 6 different high schools. I think last year we had almost 600. We then add canned foods, bread, and pies to create a "basket" then deliver them to families in need the day before Thanksgiving. Pretty good feeling when the families truly need them and are super grateful. Out of all the programs that I've been introduced to through student council at my school this one is by far my favorite.
