soo, after a long year of my fat ass landing backseat on my 08 anthems, they have lost all chamber and even have a little tail rocker now. They question is, is this pair of skis way more liable to snap on me in their current rockered condition?
I would say so, however, this has happened to others here on NS. I think it was Monstertruckk who has a pair of (SELF-Rockered) Armada T-Halls or something like that....
im thinkin bout rockering an old pair of skis. i wonder if it'll work if i keep it stretched with some strong ass clips or something from now until winter.
naa, try to warranty but if that doesn't work ride them as long as you can, or get some cheap end of the season sale skis. I broke the tail of one of my chronics comming around on a spin and landing on a bumped out landing and I got it warrantied, but otherwise would have rode it next season since it would have been worth nothing selling it like I had planned to do.
if theyre rocked in the tail then any backseat landing youll probably go over backwards. i think the ski itself should be fine itll just feel a little weird. at least now you can go switch in pow
This season I got a pair of the scarface t-halls brand new from my shop since they were dirt cheap. I rode them for 5 days and rockered the tips so I sent them in and got this years ar6 of warranty. I rode those for about a month and the tips and tails are rockered so I just sent them back in.
yo one day i was at mount snow with my friend gino and i was like "gino you chode, go on fuckin ripcord" and gino was like "fuck yeah i'll do that shit, i can claim it tomorrow at the yankees game" and i'm like "i'll get the video camera and post this shit on youtube when we get back to queens" and gino's like "alright you fucking numbass, here i go"
gino is dead now....be careful on the double blacks...he was squashed to death by 2 fat black twins
