if you order the bumper outside of the dealer it should be around 200. then add shipping and paint and it should be around 500 or less total. going through a ford dealership will definitly up the price but i guess youll have to see how her dad wants to handle it. bumpers are usually available on ebay for decent prices and you might even be able to get one that is already the color you need.
