Music video help

I'm filming a music video with a friend this weekend and the effect we are going for is to have the video in slow motion but the lip syncing at a regular speed. Is it possible to do without and special effects?

Play the song on set twice as fast, have them sing/rap/act twice as fast and then slow down the video by 50%.

or maybe motion track their face with after effects and do the speed in their. film in normal speed and then slow it down

i dont even know if what i just said is possible but its worth a try
