Music that touches your soul

I forgot about this awful thread. And the op started it off with matis? And not even one of the old songs that could be considered decent? No right to the newer make you change the radio awful music.

And most of the people in this thread don't know a thing about real music that touches your soul. Not that there aren't a few good posts.
 
thread was worst than I thought. At least somebody through in some shine on iinto the mix. Gilmour has one of the most soul touching vibes to come out of a guitar. If you don't feel it, you suck at life. I'll throw in some dead. Brokedown palace for me. I suck at thinking right now though

Pretty much all GD. Especially songs like brokedown palace.

David gilmours guitar work. Comfortably numb solo, shine on, and other stuff.

those are probably the biggest 2 that really get me.
 
Love that song and that whole album. Waste by Phish has always had me from the first time I heard it. Really clicks in my state of mind.
