Music in premiere

Am i really dumb or can i not add songs i want in premire unless i pay like 300 bucks for the rights. I only wanna use it for personal use or just post it somwhere where i wouldnt make any money. Anyone lmk.
 
Find your song on youtube and copy the link. Use a youtube to mp3 converter to download song as an mp3 onto your computer. Import song just like you would import clips.
