Muscle pain

does anyone know a quick way to make muscle pain go away, ive been skating for the past few days, and my leg hurts, anyone?

1.STRETCH....(you have to stretch every day for it to prevent injury...2.rub a-5-3-5...3. ice it...stretching would be the bestor a combo of all three

drink a ton of water, u may be kinda dehydrated. I had wicked muscle pains once and i drank water before during and after everything i did and it went away. I also suggest stretching and relaxing with some ice packs or sumthing along those lines.

^^, that's so fcuking importnat, if you don't hydrate your muscles just litterally dry up (well maybe not but they cramp up) and get really stiff

I have got killer leg stiffness right now from...

having a basketball camp that basically runs straight for 7 hours...two days in a row.

oh yeah and in the 7 hours we do team stuff, individual stuff, and then 2 back to back full games at the end...thank god I've got a day off tomorrow

then again on monday and tuesday

if anyone read this whole thing...well then props to you

What I found is if you have access to a swimming pool of some sort, go in it, you can relax your muscles and stretch them at the same time and most of your pain will be relieved.
