Muscle hurts while skiing pvc

Idk if it is just me but my groin muscle right in between my legs hurts while skiing pvc. Like if i were to do a set a edge really hard like doing 2 front swaps it hurts, it ussually gets a bit better as i get more warmed up but is really annoying. Also stretching dosent really help it, has anyonr else experienced this and what did you do?

you probably pulled it and didn't notice or it could just be overexertion. chill for like 4 days and try again

Its been like a ongoing thing for past year, both side are almost the same and i never felt it during summer but it came back this season

Happened to me a few years ago. Stretch and strengthen your hip flexors and it should go away.

After starting stretching and strengthening how long did it take for it to feel better
 
This is one of the main muscle groups for skiing. You got the hamstrings/lowerback/hip flexor/quads firing on full. You just gotta work hard til they are strong enough
