Mt Hutt & Porters

I'm heading to Methven for a week in July, before heading down to Q-town, and am curious as to what to expect for park skiing. I know Hutt isn't known for parks, but what sorta stuff do they usually get going by mid-July. Also, what's the deal with Porter's? Found their website and they seem to have a pretty fun looking set up. Worth a day trip or two there?

don't know about porters, but hutt has a pretty decent jumpline when they get the snow to shape it, last season they got it open mid july. rails are average
