Whats the best time to go during the summer for the public park?

the earlier the better, they got plenty of snow this winter, from by experince the park should be dope through the begining to middle of july

yea and in an attempt to cut down on global warming by reducing the number of road trips only people living within 200 miles of Mt. Hood are allowed to ski there. just a heads up
