Hey, im heading up to Mt. Bohemia next week, and i was just wondering if anyone has been there before. Is it as good as the site claims?
 
I was up there last season and I had a blast. Snow was crusty, but I still skiied some deep pow pow. I would definitly hit it up.
 
I go to school at Michigan Tech in Houghton (about 40 minutes south of Bohemia) and it is pretty epic up here right now. I was at Bohemia yesterday and they had a foot of pow pow. The only downside is that a lot of stuff will get tracked up pretty quickly, but it snows literally every day up here (only 1 day without snowfall since Nov. 30), so it's only a problem when it's busy (read: Saturdays).

Anyway, I'd recommend coming up during the week or for a long weekend. You really can't pick a bad date, at least until the lake freezes over.
 
i was up there last year on a monday and tuesday, such epic pow! it snowed like 20 inchs when i was there. it was so much fun, deffenetly worth the trip.
 
yeah i wanna get up there so bad, its a hike from where i live though. ive havent heard any bad things about the place.
 
I went there a few years ago when I snowboarded and it was so much fun. It had snowed about 2 feet the day before, we had bluebird skys, nice temps, and tons of fresh pow.
 
Just a heads up, we're supposed to get a foot or two dumped on us in the next couple days, so Bohemia will be epic this weekend.
