Hey I'm thinking about going there next year, I was just wondering if anyone here goes there and how is the school and the people. etc... Thanks for any input

 
I really enjoy MSU- they've got a fair share of good programs, the campus is nice, and for the most part the teachers are top notch. Just don't expect much out of the dorms...they SUCK ASS.

I live in North Hedges, and it's not so much the actual dorms sucking (they're pretty decent, actually), it's just the fact that my floor is in love with drinking and massive amounts of destruction, which is funny to an extent. After that, it just gets old. Not much sleep to be had.

There is pool and ping pong in North Hedges also...and they just opened up a ski waxing room in the basement. It's an alright dorm to live in.

Really? I thought they just had one in South Hedges...they didn't have one open in North Hedges until just a couple weeks ago.

I live in roskie, we have a ski wax room, but it isnt very good. We also have a ping pong table and pool table. I am on the second floor, this year it is designated as the party floor for Roskie, plus it is outdoor pursuts so everyone is into the same type of thing.

 
Man, I hate all the fuckers at msu that when I am trying to drive to school decide to dart accross the road in front of my car. I swear I have almost hit 5 people that way.

no kidding, esp. the ones who don't use the bloody crosswalks so you have to stop 8 times in one block.

I did see a longboard shoot out on his board once in front of my car though, that was pretty funny, he was embarrassed and waved me through

im in South and its pretty tiight. my floors pretty bad when i comes to getiing fuck up too. i also ended up drawing the shitty roommate card, so it blows. were any of you guys out behind south hedges sunday hittin that ghetto flat-down-flat box?

We hit some stuff at lindley park last winter, so I'll let anyone know if that's gonna happen again. Or the third annual bonfire and jibfest ... but that only happens over break
