Anybody go to either of these?? i just sent my apps in and i'm leaning towards bozeman. Anybody kayak? Are there other sweet creeks by Bozeman other than the grassy and BT?

yea, bozeman prob has better ski scene thats closer.

I go to u of m, and I ski at big mtn in whitefish. It's a 3 hour drive on weekends, but i have places to stay along the way and in whitefish. Although I've never skied near bozeman, i would have to say that big mtn owns!! Schweitzer is a 3 hour drive too, sick park there. Ganja is cheap in missoula too and usually good!

If all you want to do is ski at an awesome resort close by, then prob msu. I'm living a goood life in missoula though.

missoula is cool. the bars are pretty awesome. so is the staggering ox. the locksa(spelling?) is a sick place to paddle in the springtime. plus theres tons of other kayaking super close by. there are sum fun places to build around missoula too. and snowbowl is super fun if you know where to go.

I go to UM. Missoula is a great town, but hard to get anything productive done, like school. Dylan will vouch for that.

and with the clark fork canyon about an hour away from missoula, missoula has good whitewater too. i would say missoula, but im an msu fan,a nd for the record, the griz are going to get whomped tomarrow

i have been known to slide down mountains on occasion, like every saturday and sunday november through may

ya but missoula has some shitty skiing unless you go all the way down to losttrial
