haha if you go on mslm site and you go under park features, its claims that there is a 140' flat bar rail in the outback! like holy shit
 
yeah that is actually true apparently, there was a thread in ski gabber like 2 days ago about it and someone claimed they had sat on it
if thats true it will be bananas
 
Today was awesome, there was a box and three rails. The junkyard will be open tomorrow and there might be a jump. The boob box, an up rail and a wall ride was already set up in the junkyard when i left today plus the features that were set up for hitting today will be open tomorrow.
 
I tried to catch the bus from Yorkdale today and realized I had to use commuter parking too late. That may have been a good thing with the highway closure. Maybe tomorrow or Sunday.
 
anyone has an update on the highway closure? is it open up to louis form toronto? ive been trying to get some info, but had no success so far.
 
yep its true. its right beside the outback, and i doubt anyone will finish the entire thing for a while or at least until there is more snow..
 
Highway is clear and open, it was closed past louis but not at it. Everyone was throwing down today and the park staff did a really good job at getting everything set up. Everyone come out!
 
this weekend was legit for opening weekend, the junkyard was decent plus they had 4 little jibs on the run next to the park.

30 ft jump was decent too. sold weekend!

i skied knee deep in the trees there till about 1pm...soooo sick for first day!
 
nope...didn't have too. everyone was lapping the junkyard so all the runs and trees on Louie were barely touched
 
i worked literally from when it was open to close. f*cken gay bullsh*t. i wish my department manager skied like my store manager, so he would understand taking time off.
