I got cash from Christmas and I need an MP3 player... i cant decide between Ipod, Ipod Nano and Creative Zen Micro... the Zen is the cheapest, but i already have Itunes with all my songs and so its ready to go... i dont know which is the most reliable, or who has the best customer service... anybody got tips?
 
i would say zen, people almost never have problems with them, alot of good features, and creative just plain makes sick shit
 
My experience with apple service has been top notch. I broke two ipods cause I was an idiot...lost one and it was outside for 2 weeks and got rained on. i filled out a form saying it just stopped working..they sent me a box, i put the ipod in, sent it back and in 2 weeks had a brand new one. later in the summer i was fucked up and dropped it into water by accident. did the same thing and got a brand new one. havent had any problems with the ipod itself, just with me being an idiot.
 
yeah, i agree ^ in the past year and 1/2 i have gone through i think...5 ipods just being careless and apple always replaces it no problem
 
aight i am getting a nano i think... i dont really care about video, and i already got all my shit on itunes... last question... i have bought 1 song, and imported all the others... will it let me put them on? i hhave heard some ipods wont let you put shit on unless its BOUGHT from Itunes? i think this is false, but just making sure
 
so this means u won't be rockin a cd player ne more looksw like ill be the last person . butm jea i pods r sick just don't get that shit stolen
 
you can put imported, bought, stolen, whatever songs on your iPod. i downloaded 200 songs on limewire before i switched to the iTunes music store and all my songs work. if it plays in iTunes, it will play on iPod.
