yea well fernie is more of a big mountain/pow skiing mountaion and louise is more abit of everything, louise has a longer season though i think and is 30-45min from banff i think. fernie gets more snow but louise has an awesome park.

i would have to dissagree...the only good thing at louise is the park....the rest of the mountain suck my fucking dick.....

fernie owns everything by a long shot...even their park was sick during the year.

chryss you were in fernie when they just had the 7 rails up later in the year the park was sick....youll regret moving to louise...trust me...there nothing to do there.

no way cardiac louise is a good mountain, they just lack abit of snow.the part of the mountain with good runs lik er3 or whatever is good. and the park is good, and thestuff aboveish and to the side of larch. fernie is better for bigmountain and powde rthough still and obviously.

fernie owns louise....fernies skiing destroys louise...honestly louise is way to ugly and open and they get dick all for snow...louise sucks my dink....plus you are fag flava frose and louises park is full of rude kids with no ettuque....thier park is cool but fernies is much cooler cause half the time i was the only one in it.

i like ferni cuz there 'big mountai is almost never ridden by anyone and louise has better park. BUT sunshine owns for backcountry booting

 
see if i want to go ski bc i can go get in my car and drive the few hours or go for a weekend to another resort and ski it. its not a big deal i ahve my own car to get around with.

louise is to ugly? its like the most scenic beautiful mountain in canada. i'm not the only one who thinks that either, it won most scenic resort or something by 'skiing' or 'ski' magazine and those people only go skiing for tthe scenery and stuff so they should know.it has way nicer views and stuff than fernie, which looks over a ugly valley. louise it has good steeps and cliffs even though fern is way better for that. louise has more of an older person person calgary people vibe but the aprk is happy and has nice people. fernie is sick though joel and i could visit you and show you my new pink shoes and we could work on our single.

fernie has way nicer scenery on a cloudless day fag....louise is ugly....all of it....you cant even see anything because the sun glares off the ice you call snow...

louise licks donkey testicles, the ONLY thing it has on fernie is the superpipe. yes red kicks ass too but the lack of a park kinda takes away from the resort, espicaly for an east coast kid like cryss. and you up there saying the fernie bc nevers gets touched.... whatever, it gets raped, most of the long time locals thats all they do, its hard to find an untouched line within a reasonable distance.

 
i thought you werent down with fo rilla? what? the cool kids? fernie sucks alot early season and spring,icy bumpy crap except for the top which still has some nice snow, where louise has a nice hapy slushy park, fernie owns winter though. louise still ahs good powder riding and steeps and only the frontside is icy but that normally softens up in the afternoon for most of the year i think. but i got a fernie pass so i will ski there in the winter.

edmonton skier......go back to your hills. I heard they were putting up a two tower T-Bar a couple blocks from where you live....good luck with that.

okay, sirjibsalot has been riding at louise for not many years, I don't think he could even tell you any of the runs other than those that get you to the terrain park on the mtn. I've been riding there for 16 years and I can assure you that Louise is terrific. Jobs though, even though you have hookups they will only get you shitty jobs. the only good jobs are the terrain park jobs, and I can assure you that you won't be able to get a job there. sorry. fernie is terrific too. but you pay PST in BC. there.

personally id say fernie- i had a way better time when i ski there then louise- louise is always chopped skiid bc- fernies fresh and has the best places to make booters ever- ever and its got soo much powder and its soo good and louise is gay and really busy

if i really wanted a job in park im sure i could get it. but thanks for being negative. and as for where im going, i think im heading to louise for sure now. thanks guys for helping me decide. i can always drive to fernie or wherever. its not that big a deal because comapired to the other trips ill be doing during the season, driving to fernie is nothing.. driving to vail for the open and mammoth is what will kill me. anyone have hookups for plane tickets?

that what i told...i know for sure that those job are going to be called for...from the guys from the previous years...and park guys are always snowboarders...

dont listen to skier girl she a bad skier and i know runs other than the ones that goes to the park....but the one the one that leads to the park is the only worthy one cause the rest of the mountain sucks.....

even if i dont get a job as a park tech, its not a big deal im garunteed a job at any rcr resort i want to go to. and i chose louise. so smeh. but im still going to try for the park job. i mean why the fuck wouldnt i. i get 3 choices. and if i dont get it . then im going for bartender. im getting my license in a few days
