MOVING TO SLC FALL '19 MASTER THREAD

there have been about 5 threads about this floating around NSG so we're gonna streamline and try to use this one for everyones needs. ill start

i am looking for:

3-4 bedrooms in the sugarhouse area beginning October 1st. i can pay AT MOST $800/ month, $500-$650/month is ideal.

everyone having their own room is a must, not looking to share a room. open to filling spots in existing leases.

about me:

i clean up after myself (shared living areas yes, my bedroom is a different story lol), im financially responsible and rent will always be on time. im a ski bum and skate rat, i work hard for everything i own. i will occasionally stay up very late at night, down w/ throwing parties but not every weekend. i smoke pot after work and cigs on occasion. drink v casually unless at a function

I’m moving in late September/early October. Managed to get into a house with NS member Crispy. They’re holding the crib down while I stay back in NY saving up my last bit of change. Our crib is in the heart of sugarhouse, sadly we are full.

Already got a spot to take, however the kid may hear back from his last interview and hopefully he gets an offer and can move back and have the room I'm taking from him. Then I'll be homeless and need a home, next year we can maybe get an NSer house where we can all sit on the couch stoned digging through threads, lol.

Lol my old slc spot was the basement unit under his old house with Jazz in slc, came by a few times to grab mail and say hi to my roommates who know him, nice guy, I think I offered a bong rip, respectfully refused.

So my current situation actually turned out well, old roommate was moving back home but finally got a job offer despite the other interviews fucking him for work Visa stuff, soooooooo who wants to get a spot in october probably?? Budget 500-600 ideally, down with month to month or a 6-9 month lease. I'll be out there next week, but that spot runs out in October so I'm tryna find a spot.
