Moving to ogden area

Moving from washington because of a promotion from work. what is this area like? i will be working in eden, is it worth it to commute from ogden? am i fucked if im not a Mormon? are there any multiple ski resort deal passes? how is the mountain biking? also what is the local music scene like? any info would be appreciated! thank you.

I live in Eden. Where are you working at? The commute is not bad except for on snowy days. If you can, staying at Wolf Creek would be the best way to go. There is no multi-resort pass. Some live music at Wolf Mtn and Snowbasin. Mountain Biking is pretty good. Lots of cross country trails and a solid dirt jump/ freeride park in Ogden. If you have any other question just lemme know!
 
Also, there is a a fairly high Mormon population in Eden, Ogden is fine. I am not Mormon and know plenty of people who are not. It is kinda nice, because the resorts are pretty empty on Sundays, Mormons aren't as bad as they seem. half of the Mormons at my school drink/smoke/party ect.
 
thank you for your response and info. I'm finding the area to be pretty awesome and everyone seems to be really nice. now i just need time to ski!
