Moving to nelson..

Im 18 from Nova Scotia, plan on moving out west once ski season is done here, i'm mostly leaning towards nelson, or revelstoke. Im just wondering if there is much of a scene out there of younger guys around my age who love to ski tour, and mountain bike and all the things along those lines out there.
 
that's the whole scene man haha. nelsons good. whitewater is there, just over one hour to red which is an awesome resort and a few hours to other resorts. plus lots of touring etc.
