Moving to Nelson

Hey,

Next year I want to move to BC from Ontarible, but my problem is I don't know anyone. I would like to move to Nelson but I haven't been able to find any real estate rental sites or anyone who needs a roommate. I am hoping someone can give me some tips, info or even offer a room for next winter. Also any info on the job market or anything about Nelson is much appreciated. I know this winter is not quite over but I need to get my shit together and figure out where I am going.

when I move to a new town, how I've always dealt with finding a place to live is I just show up.

Go to Nelson, plan on spending a week at a hostel or whatever and hit the town. In the three towns I have done this in, the longest it has taken me to find a place to live in 3 days.

I currently live in Rossland, but that's neither here, nor there.
