Moving to Kelowna...where should i ski?

hey hey

so i'm moving to kelowna in september

being from ontario, I'm definately park oriented

I'm just wondering who has the best park

Sun Peaks, Silver Star, or Big white?

They all have good parks, I really liked sunpeaks park, just not the rest of the mountain. But Big White is by far the closest to kelowna.

Big White is the closest so you should go there. It has better terrain than Silverstar and the two parks are about equal, depending on opinion. Sun peaks is furthest away and the park isn't half as good.

Get a dual mountain pass to Big white and Silver Star. Its a good deal. Big white has a pipe, and you can ride the park at night.

Dual mountain for Silverstar and Bigwhite if you can afford it, i think you only have to go to the other mountain like twice or somthin to pay it off.

I would shred Silver Star. It's about the same distance from Kelowna as big white and the park is 10 times better.

go dual mountain bigwhite has a great park with a park chair/night skiing and better rails than silver star but silver star has better jumps Imo and sun peaks is dope but atleast 2 hours and 20 minutes from Kelowna

Yeah. Both parks are sick. Last season silver star had waaaaaaay bigger tables.

But, big white has the park chair for mad laps.

Also, from what I heard, there arent many skiers at big white man. If you wanna ski with a lot of cool chill dudes who can seriously throw down... Silver star.

personally for me i wish i was going back to silver star this season so i could ski with all ppl i met last season.

but im trying out big white. i might switch it up half way through the season.

i have found the park skiers at silver star to not be the most chill people...many glares and negative comments from the ridrs i've found, but maybe thats just me. if your a local im sure its different, but coming from big white i have yet to find a rider thats stoked on people from other mountains....
