Moving to California

I'm planning on skipping this year of college and moving out west to ski for a year. I'm stuck with three problems though. I don't have any specific place I want to go (thinking of Tahoe or Mammoth), I need housing, and I need to be able to get a job. If anyone else has done a move like this before, let me know how you did it.

mammoth is a sick mountain, but the town is dead, go there to ski, nothing else. Tahoe at least has females, and some sick mountains, i'd check that out first.

^ depends on where in tahoe.... trukee is pretty dead, south shore with all the casinos would be a little doper. and if you got mad friends in mammoth it would be a sick place to live..... jobs arent hard to find if you are willing to make minimum wage

I'm not saying Tahoe is overflowing with women, cuz it's not. What i'm saying is tahoe HAS women, like three of four. which is cool. mammoth DOES NOT HAVE ANY. like maybe there's one...so by some simple calculations, tahoe has like four times more women than mammoth. Ontop of that Mammoth is in the middle of fuck shit nowhere. like drive for an hour and every direction and you will still be nowhere. So what i'm trying to say is do Tahoe, cuz it's sick. Mammoth is sick too, just not for getting laid. Now that my rant is over, Aspen has more women and dudes...move there now, it's sick!

if you live in tahoe and you can't get girls you can always drive down to reno and pay for one.
