Moving the heelpiece

this is the back of my rossi axitec 2 bindings look like.

all my other bindings have a screw in the back to move the heelpiece on the metal frame they are mounted on. but since they were adjusted to my ace of spades (i now have fulltillts) they dont fit. how the hell do i move the heelpiece forward?

You flip that tab in the hole up with a flathead screwdriver, I believe.

But if you have to ask this question on the internet, you probably don't know how to adjust the forward pressure correctly... so if you value your knees, take them to a shop and get them sorted out. Binding adjustments are much, much cheaper than knee surgeries.
