Moving FKS 140s heal piece back

I just got new boots and they are just a tad bigger than my old boots maybe by 2-3 bsl and they are a little harder to click in. Is there anyway to move them back just a tad so they fit my boot better and easier to get in? Also when I click in my brakes arent firm they wiggle a little is that normal?
