Mouth Guards + Urban

Alright I was riding with a guy I just met and we decided to do some urban together. He put in a mouthguard when we started hitting the rail. I asked him why and he said he hit his mouth on a rail once and didn't lose any teeth, but he just does it because it scared him so much. Does anybody else do this? Sounds uncomfortable to me...

have you ever bit through your tongue/lip while skiing? It's not that tight. I wear a mouth guard whenever I ski.

how many times have you worn a mouthguard? throughout a football season my mouthguard became more and more comfortable. just takes some getting used to

It's kind of awkward wearing one with braces.

i always keep a mouth guard in the pocket of my pants and put it in if im doing something hard.
