how many times can i mount a pair of skis before they become unsafe?

i bought them used mounted thim with rossi axial 18s and they are pretty far back. now i want to put my rossis on my pow skis and put px12 jibs on them. i will be moving the mounting points up to true center. is this ok?

Generally 3 mounts is considered the max before there are implications on the structural integrity of the ski - in saying that, it depends on where the holes are in relation to each other - obviously if each mount is significanly distant from each other then it will be stronger than if you only moved a cm or so each time..

Mounting in 3 different times would be about max, as that would be around 24 holes total in each ski. However you could always mount back in old holes without any problems, just use heli coils.

you should be fine, after 3 they get shaky but especially if you mount far apart from each other you should be fine
