Mounting Help!!!

Had a local shop mount my skis 2 weeks ago. Bought the skis online, bought the bindings at the shop and had them do the mount. yesterday the heel piece popped out on a switch lip. should i expect some sort of compensation or is that a me problem for riding park?

Definitely sounds like they did something wrong. Do they have a warranty or whatever you’d call it in this situation? I’d talk to the shop

Did the heel piece come off the ski, or did you just pop out of it?

If it did come off the ski, pictures of the ski, and the binding, and the screws would be helpful.
