Mounting bindings help!!? look pivot 14

NS,

Looking for the correct mounting template for these old school look pivot 14 dual fulldrive concept bindings. My and all help is appreciated.

I posted the correct jig. the pivot/fks is different from the "p"/axial. even if it says "pivot". the patterns look similar but the holes are more spread out for the axial than for the fks.
