i slipped at a water park and had to get airlifted out

no lawsuit or attempted tort

my cousin got tossed off a tram at said waterpark

they successfully recovered damages

you didn't attempt it.. good on you, you could of got some quick easy cash or a free pass from them on the spot, but i'm glad you didn't go that route,,

But yeah, stay away from waterparks man, they're not your friend
