Mountain facing + wind direction = profit??

alright,

bit confused, want to make sure my logic is correct,

but a NW facing mountaing, getting snow with the wind blowing SW. so perpindicular, you would want to go to the NE,E, and N side because that is where snow is accumulating undisturbed, versus lets say, snow being blown around on the SW,W, and S side... or do i have it backwards?

ummm, you say it's NW facing mountain which I would take to mean the NW face is the only one you can ski... Are you asking which areas will be the safest? Definitely avoid areas where the wind is piling up snow a lot unless you know for sure the avy danger is safe. And of course the areas getting blown off wont have good snow... so I would say yes go where it's less exposed like I think you were suggesting at the end there.

SW means that it is blowing out of the SW so really wind is blowing in a NE direction loading NE facing slopes. though there will be more snow this is where youll find mad wind slaps and it is very bad for avy conditions
 
You need to take into consideration avvy danger, too because avalanches are unsafe and blah blah blahblahblahblablablablblblbbbbbbbbb!
