Mountain creek

I know this is probably a repost, but im pretty new here and was wondering if i should get a mountain creek season pass. ive never been there before but ive heard it is awesome, and wanted to hear from you guys, also wanted to do this before the prices go up 100 dollars

creek passes are very cheap which is good. their park is super fun but the rest of the mountain is pretty boring... this year, instead of buying a pass, i'll be buying 2 triple play cards because i don't expect to be able to get out as much. the pass is a very good deal though

depends how close you live. I'm just gonna buy two triple play passes since I live like 1:45 away from there and I'm in college in DE and aren't around all winter. plus I go other places, and to CO so I get enough skiing in.

I know my friends say its pretty packed on Saturdays, but this yr I dont have school Fridays and was wondering if its packed then? I would make the 1.5hr trip, but not if its packed..

It can get pretty bad on Saturdays for sure but you can usually snake the line if your good and its not that bad at all (maybe 5 mins) and they also have two high speeds on the side of the mountain where the park is and usually one (bear lift) isn't that bad at all and has decent features. The high speeds are awesome.

I would guess Fridays are a little more crowded then oMon-Thurs but no there won't be lift lines during the day. HOWEVER, all the high schools in the area have weekly bus trips to creek on fridays after school (so they get there 3-4ish) and it really gets packed by around 6-7ish until closing with all the high schoolers and peope after work. Probably the worst time to be at creek, the crowd sucks.

But yea if you plan to leave early on fridays and stay till it gets dark it won't be too crowded during that time.

Creek is awesome cause its 100% night skiing but then again it sucks doing park at night imo so its better to go in the day when its empty and light out and the holes of death haven't formed yet.

I should finally be making my way over there tomorrow. I was away for the beginning of the week. how is it right now?

i'll be wearing a green and black plenty soul hoodie with grey pants and white boots. I'll be with my snowboarder friend... Call me out

Browsing creek's site I just noticed they have a page on bagjumps for this season. Does anyone know anything more about this? Details about when it will be open or the size of the jump into it?

Anyone ever tried these before? It sounds like a lot of fun but I've never used one. As it is $15-25 extra to try it out tips/advice would be nice to have before giving it a go. Interestingly, one of the rules is that you can't use poles.
