anyone been up there lately? might go this weekend just curious as if there park/s are any good? Do they have a pipe yet?

I used to live 5 mins away. Their park is AMAZING, havent been there in a month or 2 but south should all be park now. With the snow we just got the conditions should be uber nice. Keep an eye out, it gets crouded fast and I know 2 people that have broke femurs from N00Bs hitting them, and a couple others that brok stuff from people running into them, I have been hit a couple times but got back up... Have fun, their pipe is AMAZING, they had XGames for the pipe there a couple years ago.

I'm going to creek this weekend with my buddy from school...used to dat VT skiing hahaha never skied Jerzzzy before
 
creeks park is nothing short of disapointing this year. they just rebuilt it a few days ago and its a little bit better with bigger features. but there jumps are all small with their biggest being around 40-50 feet and the next largest at about 30 or so.
 
mtn Creeks park is nice. Worth a trip. No half pipe though.
They have a jumpline, 3 pack. 2 step downs. and a Table Top which got really small due to recent weather. and a huge jumpline that I dont know the exact sizes of.
and a crap load of rails and boxes.
 
creeks at its best right now.. they have over 50 features that include a huge ass jumpline a 40 foot box, butter box. rollercoaster rail, and a crap ton of nice rails and boxes.

No halfpipe this year tho, but they have a huge quarter pipe.

Wow first time ever mountain creek made headlines in ski gabber. Sickkkk.

Creek is my home mountain and to be honest....this year Mountain Creek has top 3 parks on the east coast by far this year. The variety and choices to choose from are endless. 2 full peaks all park. They surpassed Boulder again as the leader in parks in the tri state area and now that they got their jump game up are without a doubt up there with much of the northern east parks. smaller mountain but the mass of choices in jibs and jumps is amazing. just short runs.

Try it out you will love it!
 
Mountain Creek does NOT have a pipe this year, ever since they moved their park to South and Bear peak they have concentrated more so on the jib and jumps side of things then vert.

Oakes, there are a lot of NSers at Creek, they just don't flaunt NS gear.

Get to Creek, the place is great.
 
im at creek at least 3 times a week. No pipe but a nice 22' quarter pipe. They have tons of rails and boxes like everyone has said. The jumps are fun but most are small.
 
i feel like we should have a creek NS day...we should ride as a pack and just be badass.

and maybe you guys can teach me some shit...and if someone is a beginer i could help them out. it would be sick if we were mad organized.
 
Yes mtn creek is the best it has ever been. They have a ton of fun rails set up. Also they have two huge jumps (40-50 ft), that you can take into a three pack (30-40 ft). Or you can take a slopestyle type of run with some fun rails up top into three jumps (10-20 ft) into the three pack (30-40 ft).

Plus theres other runs but those are the highlights
 
yo definably this is going to happen. i go alot after school but for people who dont live that close lets try to set something up for the weekend. Everyone post up a weekend date (sooner then later) and the date most people can come will be good. Think we can get a filmer and session creek for a day? im not that great im just getting into park but ive done most of the jumps and just starting rails. We could give each other tips and shit and i know someone that could film and make an edit. What do you guys think?
 
If i get my bindings and a ride ill get there. I got a flip Ultra HD i could vid with? Not a very good editing system but would be cool to throw a couple clips together. Always looking for new people to ride with... Im up in PA about 45min away ski Tanglwood if any one ever heard of it.

have to see... I've never heard of tanglewood, ive only skied mt creek

for park and hidden valley for racing. I went to shawnee once and there

park is decent but the jumps suck.
 
Damn knuckle draggers.... Shawnee is kinda like tanglwood, twood park has 1 good jump and a couple nice boxes, not much els... I skied Creek for 8 years of my life, when I moved they decided to really step up their park game.... Been trying to learn around here but not much stuff to hit.

Would it be packed up there on a sunday? That's when i'm thinking of going, it was either saturday or sunday hopefully i picked the less crowded day.
 
The locals crowd it. unless you go during school you wont escape the crowd. I dont think I can make it this weekend, these bindings are FUCKED.... NO cash in the wallet either... New boots, need to be cut...
 
Sunday is gonna be 51 degrees. That would be the day, and any day on the weekend is jammed but regardless Sunday is a little less then Saturday in terms of crowds.

We should do a photo shoot on the two larger jumps on red tail? thats what im thinking.
 
just got back from a good night at creek.. skied with some chill kkids!!!

Me and a shit ton of my friends are going up thursday and were filming with a go pro hd.

If you see me just stop me. I wear a blue bonfire jacket with black pants, white helmet reppin the ns sticker and orange smith io goggles.

We plan on getting to creek around 5ish and skiing night cause we got school all day.

But seriously, we creekers/nsers need to meet up !!!!
 
Creek is doing really good this year, the best they have ever been. The features are really nice and everything has been kept nice unlike last year, my only complaint is the table has gotten a ton smaller. I was there last night you probaley saw me. I was in , black pants and a black and grey huge tall crew neck. With scott Team issue poles .
 
your definently wrong, i'm there about 3 times a week, and i can name like 30 nsers that ski creek on a regular basis
