So I've been picking up gear off karmaloop.com recently due to some crazy good deals on LRG, Patagonia and a few other brands. Over a month ago I placed a $70 order, was charged but never received the stuff I ordered. Their website says my order is processing but nothing happened since I ordered it January 16th. I've now emailed them 4 times and called but haven't gotten a response. Their customer service is complete shit and I'm pissed I lost $70. Is their anything else I can do to get my $70 back or did I just get fucked over completely by a large company.

used to spend a lot of money there before it became widely known in like '07. I've never had an issue in fact I always would get my stuff within 3 business days. I'd keep calling and calling and I'm pretty sure they will give you a promo code for 20% off on next order or something...
 
I'm having the same problem with FullPrintDesigns.com, though I only dropped $20 on a shirt. It said it was delivered last week, but not a sign of it.

I have emailed them twice and they still haven't responded. I'm starting to get real pissed off.

Their website says it takes 10-15 days to make the shirt. So that plus the shipping time

The shirt I ordered was a "Ready To Ship". It says up to 48 hours for processing, then 5-9 days to ship. I received an email 7 days ago saying that the order was "Complete". At that point in time, it had been 11 days since I placed the order.

You are wrong.
