So I've been picking up gear off karmaloop.com recently due to some crazy good deals on LRG, Patagonia and a few other brands. Over a month ago I placed a $70 order, was charged but never received the stuff I ordered. Their website says my order is processing but nothing happened since I ordered it January 16th. I've now emailed them 4 times and called but haven't gotten a response. Their customer service is complete shit and I'm pissed I lost $70. Is their anything else I can do to get my $70 back or did I just get fucked over completely by a large company.
