Ended up convincing him my friend and I were really close to stomping a new trick called the Hula Hoop. It's where he does a straight air and I do a 360 around him in the air so it looks like a Hula Hoop.

... the kid kept following us around to try to watch us do it...

hahahaha, that's probably the funniest thing i've read today

We were on the single line and while waiting a single spot a dude asked us why we always took that line... A friend of mine told him it was a private line and we were a sort of VIP

I convinced a group of gapers that I went to the x games but I broke my ski doing a triple cork in practice so i couldnt compete

Keeping powder straps on and letting them flag behind you at all times is a great way to increase air drag and check your speed if you're feeling a little ballsy

I told a couple of kids at my mountain that I'm sponsored by saga and that I could triple and they wanted to see it so I told them I hurt my knee while I was training for dew tour

First question from the kid on the lift, "Do you ski park???"

Second question, "What tricks can you do???"

Gave progressively ridiculous answers -- by the end I was legitimately trying to come up with something so ridiculous he wouldn't buy it. Never worked.

Now we need to see someone stomp this...

I think we should get the travling circus to try the hula hoop

So Big Sky is right next to the yellowstone club which is the super private ski hill for multi millionaires, you can see quite a few of the giant houses from our terrain and it's super fun to just point at the houses and rattle off random famous people that live there. "Oh that big one on the ridge right there? Oprah's. The one next to it? Leo's."

I do know which ones belong to Bill Gates and Justin Timberlake though so it gives me some credibility in case I'm talking to someone who knows their shit more than I initially expected.

My friend and I always do this thing where either of us rolls up to the park and wait there for a lil while then like 5 minutes my friend will roll through then scream my name so the gapers in the park will here and then ask for a photo. Then we see how many other gapers ask for a photo. Current record is standing at 4 and one autograph :)
