Most $$ freeskier in the world

Im pretty sure that Red Bull pays the most but what about Monster and Rockstar? Which one pays more than the other>?

Hardly, when was the last time he competed in a contest that wasn't his own or filmed with anyone. Dude's baller as shit but I wouldn't classify him as a freeskier anymore.

i'd be pretty certain that candide's contract with quicksilver has to be one of the bigger ones in freeskiing. they're a company that bough rossi and dynastar like it was an afterthought then dumped them just as quick.

Jon had a €35,000 watch. Also spent $6,000 at a party in one night - not many freeskiers could do that

Yeah, but most of his sponsors are still from the days he was competing. But yes you are right, he is much more than a freeskier, most of all he is a businessman

as far as I know, the Swedish top slopestylers get funding from the Swedish Olympic Committees (SOK) talent and developement programme, and that could be anything like help with camps, travel costs and physicians. from what I've heard it's pretty tailored, i.e. Henrik Harlaut can get a different type of backing than Jesper Tjäder - it depends on what the respective athletes are asking for.

i have no idea how it works in other countries.

also - the SOK is not entirely tied to the Swedish Freeski Team - there are guys on the team that doesn't recieve funding from SOK at the moment. most of the A team does though and I know a few of those who doesn't are in the talks for the future.

I think you could be asked any type of question about anything and you would answer with Tom Wallisch.

Wallisch. Everyone knows him, he's at the top of his game and advertisers are willing to pay the big bucks for that.

Oh ya, and jon is definitely the richest but he's a straight up business man. It doesn't all come from skiing alone.

I don't think he's the wealthiest, but are we seriously just going to ignore Andreas Hatveit here? Dude practically has his own ski area, and his house is enormous. It's strange how much of a disconnect there is between some european skiers and America, and how much more europe cares about their professionals.

Jon was one of the pioneers of our sport, regardless of what he does now he's still a huge part of our community and deserves a spot in this discussion

jon but that has a lot to do with the fact that he is one of the most diverse skiers. does GC and kills it in the park and BC off the snow he has several successful business. he appeals to a lot of different sponsors because of his because of that versatility think about it from Head's prospective he can represent them in all corners of the market and he is a marketing genius. also he is most likely very independently wealthy which always helps

probably torin, if not now, then deff eventually. i mean when it comes to sponsors, target really only grabs the potential "superstars".

how the fuck do u know? does tom call u and tell u how much he makes? "hey guess what evan gopro mailed me 5$ today!"

My bad! Just an oversight. Also MuscleCare topical pain reliever! Am I missing anything else?? I really think Auntie Anne's Pretzels should sponsor him!
