Yeah, got plenty of those guys at my resort. Almost all of them are on enforcer 100s and the rest on ripsticks

At Sunday River it's bentchetlers, fischer rangers and one of blizzards skis, but with shifts.

Nordica enforcers. I literally don't think there's been a single day this season where I haven't at least once been standing behind someone in line with those things on. Pretty sure it's what all the racer kids like to use when they not racing.

Slope team kids who make fun of me for riding long wide skis in the park, yet ski 155cm honey badgers. There’s like 5 of them on the slope team and another 2-3 that aren’t that all have honey badgers and think my Marksman are dumb. Jokes on those fuckers cause I’m the best skier in the mountain *claim

Seen plenty of douche kids with honeybadgers at my resort too. Maybe they will grow out of it???

This hits extremely close to home

31 year old snowboarder in matching burton kit, arbor board, and big spherical goggles on a pret helmet. Greets you with “sorry bro”.

Oh, and the ballcap under the helmet and sunglasses, a trend which I'm gonna claim I helped birth at BB because in 2015 there were like 3 people rocking that style here and everyone gets soft when it's below 40F, and I'll wear sunglasses down to 20F if it's not snowing because fuck goggles. Goggles are fucking annoying.

Wilmot Mtn - every type of ski except for on3ps, this is my third year skiing at Willy and i have yet to see a single pair of on3ps

Probably cause the park is either like half open or full of little kids who don’t hit any features

Black Crows have really blown up in popularity. Seen way more this year than ever although still primarily by people who are ripping. Blizzards on the other hand seem to have taken over as the official Jerry ski. See those damn neon pink/orange-tipped bases everywhere

Kids hopping on a trend one season and then completely abandoning it by the next.

-Hyland Hills

Kids at Bridger bowl have been obsessed with those played out homemade fleece hats lately. Other than that most people there only follow superficial trends that have no impact on their actual skiing- just how they look doing it.

Bridger bowl kids also act VERY hardcore, expect them to tell you about the “film project” they’re working on or their battle of the ridge game that no one asked about.

eventually they’ll try and get you to ACTUALLY PAY REAL MONEY just to see their “premier” at a local theatre their parents rented out for them, lol.

In conclusion, though these two resorts are wildly different in terrain and skier type but you’ll notice that both of them are filled to the brim with wannabe-cool-skier-bros who care more about looking like a sick skier than being one. I’m sure it’s not as bad as other resorts like Brighton or Alta but gosh darnit when I moved west I wasn’t expecting to see so many trash pretend-pros talking about who made their fleece hat and why they’ve actually been shredding much harder than me in the ~25 days they’ve gotten this year (only weekends).

Nerdica enfercers without a doubt. Didn't notice till I got a pair lmao

shout out to black crows with shifts for the bro-brah middle age touron crowd tho. They're holding it down as well

I live in AK and I can happily report that I’ve never seen anyone skiing enforcers or rip sticks on my local mountain.

If this is at Eaglecrest its for sure the full Black Diamond AT setup

-Snowboarders a few years behind whatever is current in skateboarding trends as far as clothes go, with mid-late 2000s audis/subis with stupid mods and NY plates, blowing thiq vape clouds everywhere and ruining every park feature by stomping landings as hard as they can, thus making a bomb hole. There's literally trains of them and you basically can't do any tricks you might fall trying because you'll just get run over. If you want to spin off a rail you better land perfectly parallel with this snowboard sized hole and your skis better be touching.

-Snowboarders filming for an edit (aka instagram or snap) and cutting everybody off so they can 5050 a box that's wider than their board.

-Yewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww

-Old skiers angry at the above classes of people for existing, typically on "shaped" skis they still think are the greatest thing, and they'll certainly tell you about them.

-160cm park skis on a 5'10" 180lbs middle aged dude he bought in 2008 because they were cool at the time.

-Fully grown adult women on like 120cm kids skis. I don't understand this but I see it at least a few times every time I ski.

You are dead on with that first one. Sooooo many vape clouds next to modded subarus at my hill. They all suck at riding too
