Moro 110 or Moro pro

I was at the boot fitter today trying on new boots, I tried on the dalbello moro pro which fit amazing but I am kinda concerned on how stiff they are I currently ride first chair 120s which are perfect, But the moro pros felt WAY stiffer than my fts. Should I pull the trigger on moro pros or just wait for moro 110 to get back in stock.

Yea, maybe wait for the 110s. I'm about 15 lbs heavier than you and ride 120s as a do-it-all boot, but leaning more all-mountain/freeride lately.

I know flex rating can vary a lot between brands, but I had some Head boots in a 110 when I was skiing more park, and weighed about the same as you. Never felt like it wasn't enough boot on 50+ ft jumps and they still skied the rest of the mountain well. I feel like 110 flex is sort of the sweet spot for a park boot that can still ski other stuff reasonably well.

you can get a stiffer tongue for moro 110 if they don’t feel stiff enough down the line

where can I find stiffer tounges? I couldnt find any on the dalbello website

alright if I do get 120 do u think it will be much of an issue? but im leaning towards 110

For park probably 110. If you venture into big mountian go 130. I'm 170 ish and have 120 flex boots that I mash out on rough landings of big drops. Punched over the front from boots squashing on many occasions. The dalbellos are a much more performance oriented boot than the ft. Its to be expected from a brand that has made phenomenal race boots for such a long time.

yeah I was thinking 110 cuz its very similar to the ft 120 flex just a more solid platform in general since the ft plastic is soft as fuck

I've skied the A (130) tongue and the B (120) tongue... I like the B alot better. B comes on moro pro. Problem with 110 that dalbello probably uses cheaper plastic on the lower shell and cuff. i'd go with pro, and if you had stiffness issues with B tongue, you could find C tongue. Dalbello told me you can purchase extra cabrio tongues starting in mid april.

the wrap liner in the moro pro, has polyurethene coating around the cuff... it feels very stiff and firm. I've been using the new 12mm intuiton wrap... way way better than stock PU wrap from dalbello.

I'm testing 12mm dual density vs 12mm high density wrap from intuition right now.. will report back which one is best. but they both make the boot feel softer than the stock PU coating wrap. Hated that one.
