hahahahhahahhahahahahah actuly it's secondary. When is the last time you took an actualy art class? the primary colors have ALWAYS and will ALWAYS be Red Blue and YELLOW. to get blue you would mix even amounts of Blue and Yellow. Look at a color wheel.

Oh and your RGB point was stupid because I could say that there are 4 primary colors, CMKY because thats what I use in photoshop.
