shit i dont care. just a good club basically. i googled it but all the responses are weird and stuff, i would rather just hear from people like myself.

By the way, your question is kind of vague. If you play guitar or something then there are open mic places. My guitar teacher plays at a few bars and on some nights he gets people to come up and play / improvise as well. I think that one bar he plays at is Mckibbins. I'm not completely sure on that though.
 
Go on st catherines the ouest side has like a block with about 5 stripjoints and then there are TONS of clubs

thursdays is the bar you go to if you want to mingle with your dad and try to pick up his cougar girlfriend.

it's depends what scene you're looking for. but all the clubs, or at least the ones with attractive people with class, are on st laurent, and by class i mean they're not scummy like the ones on crescent. theres some, straight up clubs on st lo, where it's dress code n stuff. but if u jut wanna get drunk and dance there's a lot of bars that offer it too. i'm not much of a club goer, and i hate dance music and their counter parts so i'm not much of a big help. but unity is the best dance place i've gone to ever, and it's just good vibes all around, the only catch is, it's a gay bar. hahaha

haha. I am a musician. I have had multiple occasions where people have told me they want to jam. My thought: "Fuck yeah! Should I bring my guitar?". Well, not quite. Anyways. Hope you find some place.
 
ooo i think it's ladies night on sundays at club opera, which is like 10$ to get in i think. open bar for ladies. that's a dance club.

I mean tokyo's alright sometimes, but more so in the summer for the terrace.
Sunday night dance floor though is hard to say.. better odds in the summer for sure. There are some good bar/pubs with nice atmosphere or some pool tables if you're into that..
 
just go to tokyo on a thursday night... ive lived here almost my whole life and tokyo has been around forever and is always solid

there are soooo many strip clubs downtown, its not even funny. and cover is like, 3 bucks and most of them haha
 
I don't think I know you, but do guelph. My lord I have never seen so many beautiful girls in one place.
 
yeah guelph is definitely my favourite out of those three, but im doing engineering and guelph isnt really an "engineering school" like mcmaster and queens are. but im not really sure if that matters in the grand scheme of things because i obviously want to go to the school that I will like being at the most.

went to this place last night. the upstairs was a more bar-like place with older people but the basement was more of a club, it had stripper poles and the revolving dancefloor was fucked. honestly, nobody could stand on it very well, and it would stop and like, go back and forth and speed up and stuff, i think it was broken.

also we paid no cover and nobody got ID'd. when i wwent in i didnt even see a bouncer, we literally just walked it. and shots were 2.50 so it was a pretty sick place overall.

also we went to supersexe a couple nights ago and it fucking sucked. 10 dollar cover, and you had to buy atleast 1 drink (8$ each) or else they made you leave. it was fucking dumb. and the girls sucked. it was stupid. we went to another club called club downtown and cover was 3$ and i bought no drinks there. one girl hung from her feet from a horizontal bar (it was roughly neck high) and pulled off her panties while everyone cheered. it was sick. fuck supersexe, it was so overrated and a waste of money.

so where should i go tonight?
 
Went to this place when I went to MTL for the Grand Prix... Not impressed, one of the girls was either real fat or preggers, and when you actually cant tell the difference you know its bad.
 
tonight is good at tokyo, not usually really crowded but crowd that is there is cool... laid back night. Im not sure if st patties will be interfering with this, but mckibbins on bishop is all you can drink for i think $20 on wednesday as well and gets packed.
 
Yea, radio lounge is pretty chill. Plus the friday = bar open till midnight, nice girl, full of douchebags. Diable vert is nice when its tuesdays ( lady's night) but too much douchebags. Foufounes electrique is the place too get drunk the tuesday.. .its like 1.75$ for a beer and 5$ for a 2L pitcher. If you go there thursday its the lady's night, not too much of douche, plenty of chick, some ugly, big dancfloor, and cheap beers. If you want to be really drunk on thursdays hit the Peel pub before the foufs, 4$ for 4 shooters, good deal ! Ivy night club is nice too, more class then the radio lounge, btw its just in front. If you are looking for a bar too take beers whit friends, go to La station des sport on ste, catherine ( near berri uqam ) 18.75$ for 4 L or beer and if you have the Fue on your table its like 16$ for 4L. Plus the food is pretty good and cheap, 5.50$ for a pizza, 8$ for a club sandwich, 10 chickens wing and fries for 7,60$ if i remeber right.
