Alright, what if I took a fat ski and put two bindings vertically on the ski (one binding right behind the other). And what if the binding in the back was a tele binding so your heel could move when you bend/turn. It would be like a mono waterski.

Would two normal bindings work better?

We're just trying to find new ways to fuck around on the mountain but I'm wondering what this might do to the ol ACL's, and if it would even work at all.
 
Hmmm. Wonder if anyone on here has tried to just shave the fins off a big fat slalom ski and ride it with the water skiing bindings like a cheater no board

He uses a tele binding on the front and like a water ski back foot strap ( raised up) on the back
 
Yeah, I've seen someone using a setup like this (alpine front, tele heel) at Crested Butte once or twice. I've always wanted to try it since I love the feeling of waterskiing.

This was my first response....

I worked at the Boat last season and Jack was always first in the gondola line and first for night skiing.

Always wanted to ask him why he rode that set-up, but it felt he probably gets asked that too much.

Just get a TeleBoard. Anything else gonna' be too skinny, kinda' like me she said.

Yeah that is just as fat underfoot as some of the teleboards. I looked those up and some of those have giant tips like 190mm or something at the tip tho which is kinda crazy. Radicts have huge tips for skis tho so send it I am curious to see how it turns out

Edit: nvm I gotchya. A lot of monoskis have swallowtails so we were thinking of adding one

Me and my boy made two and we made a pact to hit diving board at alta one after the other. The teleboard edit won’t disappoint
