Moment PB&J "All-Mountainess"

Hello,

I'm looking at buying the Moment PB&J's this year, but I am a little concerned about how well these skis will handle variable conditions. I mostly ski out west, and I like to ski basically everything (especially carving it up), but I've heard that these skis are pretty park-orientated and not too great at all-mountain skiing: is that true? If so, would skis should I be looking at?
