Moment Exit World + Barons -- Patagonia touring?

So my lady friend and I want to go to Patagonia and also do some ski touring in chile etc when we there.

Has anyone had experience with the moment exit worlds? Im pretty keen on getting a pair but cannot afford a dynafit setup, I already have some marker barons to throw on but am worried it is a waste of a light set up. Basically I need emotional and moral support for this purchase - if any one has experience with this set up or otherwise - thanks

the exit worlds are such a light ski and the barons are probably one of the heaviest touring bindings you can buy. I guess if you already have them it wouldn't make sense to go buy some new bindings but it would kind of go against the point of having light touring skis.

With that being said, it shouldn't be too hard to tour around on that setup

Bite the bullet it seems sorta counter productive to buy such a light ski and then put a binding on it that weighs almost as much as the ski.

I have the exit worlds mounted with marker dukes and am very satisfied. It may not be the lightest setup, but to be honest I haven't had any problem at all. Maybe that's down to the fact that I've never tried a dynafit setup, who knows?
