I'm sure all of you girls have been following Jamie Crane-Mauzy and her outstanding recovery. I never met Jamie, but I did briefly meet Jeannie last season out at USASA Nationals. When I saw that Jamie had a terrible crash, I immediately felt pain, even though I have never met her. I am completely amazed by how quickly she is recovering, and I do truly think it is because how many people are rooting for her. I just hope everyone keeps praying for best, as she is one of the most dominant females in free skiing! If stickers aren't a thing yet...I would be so down for some Mocrazystrong die cuts!

I'm so happy she's making a strong recovery! It's always a shitty feeling when another skier gets hurt especially in such a traumatic way. Hearing about this stuff sucks but it's communities like newschoolers that bring people together and make something positive out of it. I'm a little bit out of the loop on her recovery, but I hope that it's looking like she'll be able to ski again! Mocrazystrong die cuts would be fucking awesome!

Nice thread! I'm good friends with Jamie and super stoked on her progress. It was definitely amazing to see how the world reacted to her crash. Happy to see how much support she is getting. Jamie has some pretty good managers and my guess would be that they are already planning something like stickers!

Her mom has been doing an amazing job of writing down her story on Facebook. The good and the bad. She has such a strong team of family and friends backing her, it's pretty amazing to watch. It's inspiring and I hope that it will be help others who find themselves in that situation. Head injuries are devastating and thankfully this one is having a positive ending.
