Mobile NS "opps.... Not Found (404)"

I get this message about every other time I try to get on NS mobile, is anybody else having troubles with it?

it just says:

Woops! File Not Found.

the file you are looking for is currently not available

I always get this on any device or computer on my network. It's fine when I use 4g or whatever, but I can't get on ns at home.
