Misty vs corck vs rodeo

I just need someone to explain the difference to me because I know they're similar but there's gotta be some major detail I'm missing in each of them. Thanks.

In a rodeo you explode forward and drop your leading shoulder down and your opposite shoulder back THEN you look over your opposite shoulder. Where as in a misty you keep your shoulders closed and go directly forward . In a flatspin you go STRAIGHT BACKWARDS and look over the shoulder inwich you are spinning sending you off axis making it a flatspin instead of a backflip

Technically rodeo's and flatspins are different, but in the air they look practically the same and honestly I think their names are interchangable.

Dude you have no idea what a real flatspin is. That shit you are talking about is a wackflip.

I second this. Real flatspin is basically an uninverted Lincoln throw on an axis making it more uninverted. At least that's how I see it.

I think I would argue that rodeo is thrown more to the side than back, whereas flatspin is thrown more back than to the side.

Haha I agree. I think a lot of people would agree that rodeo 5 and flat 5 are pretty much exactly the same thing. After that though it seems to be anyones game.

Personally I see rodeo 5 as more inverted (like a backflip + Lincoln + 180), and flat 5 as less inverted hence the name flat (flat Lincoln with a spin, jump takeoff makes it even less flat). inb4 rodeo vs flatspin fight

misty is a front flip while spinning, a rodeo is backflip with spinning, and a cork is when your head drops below your waist causing you to spin off axis; you don't get fully inverted. and a flatspin is somewhere in between backflip and lincoln loop while spinning.

flat is a backflip off axis, rodeo is like a flat, but your feet are more level with yuor head so you can spin more and you land 5 instead of 3, and a cork is a backwards thrown spin that is off axis. hope this helped!

in my opinion cork is the easiest, I learned it first its basically just a off axis spin thrown back, misty is gymniest steez, learn bio its forward cork, and rodeo which is very similar to bio is thrown up, you want your chest to see the sky.

Thats what i thought. Flatspin is pretty much a mix between a backflip and a lincoln where a rodeo is closer to a lincoln

Did a flat 7 into an airbag and had an argument over what it was. Since a flat 7 starts as a flat but then turns into a bio.

this is how i name the diferent tricks (in the trampoline), im not sure if they are 100% correct but you should get the difference between cork/misty/rodeos

To me at least: Misty=off axis frontflip with a spin. Cork=off axis spin thrown backwards. Rodeo=Off axis backflip with a spin. Flatspin=a less flippy more spinny rodeo. Wackflip= backflip Lincoln loop hybrid (most people just throw a japan grab in there and call it a flat 3). Bio= off axis spin thrown forward. Underflip= 90-Lincoln loop up hill-land switch.
