Ok I know im going to get alot of shit for posting this, but I can do a misty 5 no problem... but how do i throw the misty different to give me that extra 180? (by the way i throw my left hand to my right shin, not hip)
instead of sort of doing the roll on your back 180 for the misty 5, throw it more under than over the top. you can keep the same principle but just put a little more spin into it when you set it.
