I personally think there easyier than fronts... I havnt landed either but i tried both for the first time a few weeks ago. to me it feels the same as on a trampo just throw it harder
Big thing with misty 5s is to get a nice solid pop, roll over that shoulder, keep looking and grab those knees. As long as you don't kick out of it, it should bring itself around. Really simple, fun trick. First invert I learned.
