i know andy stewart did them on skiboards like 4-5 yrs ago at the core games but has he or anyone brought that to skis? i think that would be a pretty sick trick..right next to the riskyflip..l just my thought

that'd be crazy to see a gymnast throw a barani to backflip on a flat tumbling mat. those guys are so talented. double backflips of flat ground with ease.

 
a risky flip doesn't need style....if you can hold it together and pull it off its sick, maybe not in looks, but how hard it is. i have yet to figure out how to set the rotation for one.

In Propaganda, JF cusson does a barani to backflip. It's pretty sick. It shows it in the credits.

JF Cusson does not do a Barani to Backflip in Propaganda. One of the Schrabs does a double front late 180, thats the only thing in there that could resemble what you said.

As for misty 540 to backflip Marc Macdonnel was doing them all the time on the waterramps last year when I was at High North.

was it one of the schrabs that does that in Propaganda? i thought it was Cusson, because if you watch through the credits, it shows Cusson doing a Double Screamin' Seamen, then right after he does that, off of the same jump, SOMEONE does a barani to backflip. i thought it was cusson.

Some video has a switch back 180 to front, I think it's under Harvey's vid's or something.

a risky flip is basically jsut a d spin 7 with another backflip at the end, and a backflip 180(flair) to frontflip is called a venus flytrap, Toben Sutherland did one in 13

 
I cant rember who did it but like 3 years ago in the winter gravity games some one did switch misty to back flip, one of the most insne things i have seen.

i think adam shrab or luke shrab has done a switch backflip to 180 to frontflip. also he has done a double misty.

 
risky flip is a dspin 7 to straight backflip. All your rotation (720) is done on the first flip, and the second flip is without rotation

 
I think thats a double misty 720, so its a rotation of like 1440 total, while doing 2 mistys. crazy shit

maybe i'll try one this year. but it defenatly is a burly trick and can look good. Brinton Gunderson was tryin really nice ones at the core games that year to. he held safety the whole way.

no, cruz a risky flip is a 360 double back, a d7 is an inverted 720(i know that you know that), but watching, it looks like a flare to 180 to another backflip. also watching a d spin 7 you can count the rotations. but in a risky flip it is only 360.

aerialists do a trick called a 'full tuck' which is a backfull into a backflip, almost exactly the same as a 'risky flip' which is a dspin 7 into a backflip

K2skeepimp- it isnt a d 7 to back flip, it would just be a d spin 360, watch a vid of it and count the spin rotation, you will see that there is only 360

no my point is, it isnt a d spin because you only spin 360, and i was explaining that it isnt a d spin 720, it is only 360 with a double back. the post a couple up said that it was a d 720, i was saying that if you count the rotation it is only 360.
